When you sign up for eWealth, you, the member, are claiming that you have read, accepted, and fully understand the terms of this agreement!
eWealth USER SIGN UP AGREEMENT:
- I understand that eWealth is a mobile application that generates passive income by connecting users to exclusive investment opportunities.
- I understand that my eWealth account will generate passive income by receiving daily profit credits from OLDRICH, LLC’s eWealth ecosystem based on my “LEVERAGE%”.
- I understand that I can withdraw deposits and profits from my eWealth account or use it to participate in featured investment opportunities.
- I understand that my eWealth account will be suspended or stop generating passive income for 3 months if I withdraw more than 30% of my “Fund Deposit Balance” for reasons not related to investment opportunities.
- I understand that my eWealth account will automatically enter liquidation if I withdraw more than 70% of my “Fund Deposit Balance” for reasons not related to investment opportunities.
- I understand that by signing up to eWealth, I authorize OLDRICH, LLC’s advertisers to market and solicit my participation in their investment products through eWealth, text, call, email or social media.
eWealth MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT:
- I understand that I must activate my eWealth account to upgrade from a “User” to a “Member” by subscribing to pay $6.00 per month in membership fees.
- I understand that my eWealth membership payments are non-refundable but will generate an “Intrinsic Value” for my eWealth account that will grow my “LEVERAGE%” and receive passive income even after my eWealth account is liquidated.
- I understand that my eWealth membership account includes all regular “User” account benefits and will grant viewing access to OLDRICH, LLC's investment portfolio.
- I understand that my eWealth account will be suspended or stop generating passive income for 3 months if I withdraw more than 50% of my “Fund Deposit Balance” for reasons not related to investment opportunities.
- I understand that my eWealth account will automatically enter liquidation if I withdraw more than 70% of my “Fund Deposit Balance” for reasons not related to investment opportunities.
- I understand that I can cancel my eWealth membership subscription and stop growing my leverage percentage by submitting a request for it to be canceled or manually.
ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS:
- I understand that I will only be able to withdraw deposits and profits from my eWealth account through PayPal, Venmo, and Square Cash App.
- I understand that OLDRICH, LLC will credit $25.00 to my eWealth account leverage percentage for every referral I make that signs up to eWealth and subscribes as a member to eWealth by activating their account or deposits a minimum of $100.00.
- I understand that I can manually close my eWealth account by submitting a request to close it. During the closing process, my eWealth membership subscription (if active) will automatically cancel and my account will enter liquidation forcing 70% of my available “Fund Deposit Balance” will become available for withdrawal. The remaining 30% of my “Fund Deposit Balance” will become available for withdrawal in 12 months at the end of the liquidation process. My "eWealth Intrinsic Value" will become available for purchase to other eWealth members in the "Liquidation Marketplace" but will continue to generate "LEVERAGE%" and passive income to my liquidated eWeath account until it becomes available for withdrawal after my eWealth account is acquired.
- I understand that I can fund and reactivate my liquidated eWealth account at any time with no penalty by contacting our staff through "ZiTA" (https://direct.lc.chat/13290273/).
- I understand that it is my responsibility to report to the Internal Revenue Service all income and profits that I receive from my OLDRICH, LLC account for tax purposes.
- I understand that OLDRICH, LLC is not an investment company and does not offer investment advice.
- I understand that OLDRICH, LLC may collect personal information from me when I voluntarily join eWealth.
- I understand that I am authorizing OLDRICH, LLC to sell, transfer or otherwise disclose my personal information to advertisers.
- I understand that I am authorizing OLDRICH, LLC and advertisers to contact me through eWealth, text, call, email or social media for business and marketing related purposes.
- I understand unless otherwise explicitly noted, there are no refunds and all sales are final.
- I understand to the best of OLDRICH, LLC's staff knowledge, the information contained in eWealth is accurate and reliable as of the date of publication.
- I understand that none of the information contained in eWealth constitutes a recommendation for any particular security, portfolio, product, transaction, or strategy.
- I understand that under no circumstances will OLDRICH, LLC, its subsidiaries, partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, advertisers or sponsors be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained from eWealth.
- I understand that OLDRICH, LLC reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Membership Agreement each time you view and use the eWealth app and OLDRICH, LLC website.
